The COVID situation has driven us to this kind of distance learning. It requires maximum cooperation, meaning working together, so that things run smoothly.
I have a couple of requests, and would ask that you help circulate them as widely as possible among your colleagues.
1) Please follow the NEW PROTOCOL for turning in your assignments (it was published here on Nov. 19, 2020). Pay special attention to the Subject line, and the copy/paste instructions. Most of you are already doing so, but many are not and it creates a lot of extra work for me.
2) Please turn in your assignment for the following week between Saturday and Tuesday (for the Third Year) and Saturday and Wednesday (for the Fourth Year). If you have already sent in all your assignments a month ago, ten days ago, or even right after class, it means I have to go looking for them, and usually not finding them. Please resend them accordingly, that is, per this request.
3) Please make every effort to MEET THE DEADLINE.
That will make my life easier, and allow me to pay more attention to the good work you are doing on your assignments, and your tests.
Thank you in advance, and thank you for your cooperation till now. Like I said, we'll get this right by springtime.
