Your task is to read and outline the text by Thursday, March 7, 2019, and be ready to discuss it in our "theory lecture". You will be called upon to give the summary points, and we will discuss them in our usual jovial/serious fashion. Any additional thoughts or questions that might occur to you as you read are more than welcome in the discussion.
